This Stratagene MX3000P Multiplex Quantitative RT-PCR System was sourced from a university laboratory as surplus equipment. The main unit is in fair, gently used condition, exhibiting typical signs of wear such as scrapes, scratches, and marks. Upon powering, both Green LEDs are active and the well block, which accommodates 96 samples, shows signs of heating.

- 1 x Agilent Stratagene MX3000P (showing usual wear marks)
- 1 x Dell Optiplex755 PC with keyboard and mouse
- 1 x Monitor (also with typical usage marks)
- 1 x VGA Cable
- 1 x RS232 Cable
The accompanying PC boasts a fresh Windows 7 installation and houses the Stratagene MxPro - Mx3000P software, version 4.10, build 389, which is capable of fully managing the Mx3000P unit. A basic heat cycle test confirmed the operational status of the lamp, though no further testing has been conducted.
